How to massage?

We start with the feet and move upwards with sliding movements to the torso and higher. We massage our hands from the palms to the shoulders. We perform circular movements on the abdomen and joints. Where the skin is delicate, we massage lighter and avoid the face. The skin may be slightly red at first, this is a normal reaction that will pass over time.
